Tasting Notes

Sight: deep, intense colour, with bright hints of violet. Intense, authentic aroma characteristic of the variety: red fruit base notes (raspberries, strawberries), violet floral hints (violet sweets) which characterise the Grenache variety at higher altitudes, and a marked wild character (brushland: thyme and rosemary). Powerful flavours and aromas on the palate. Fresh with sweet tannins. The sweet floral notes and red fruits return once again.
