Tasting Notes

Sight: Cherry red.

Smell: Intense aromas of ripen fruits and plum

Taste: Juicy red cherry and blackberry flavours, and subtle sweet spice.

Finish: Well-rounded easy drinking. 

Food pairing: All types of meat, cheese, rice (in particular paella) and pasta. 

Best served: Between 16ºC and 18ºC.
