Temperatures between 8-20 ºC, humidity between 65-75%, keep out of direct sunlight.
Origin
Soil: deep soils with loam clay texture.
Climate: warm temperate climate with a Mediterranean rainfall regime and a wide range between day time and night time temperatures.
Winemaking
Harvest: Hand-picked, during the second week of April.
Winemaking: short maceration for 10 days. Fermentation started with active dry yeast.
Aging: wine aged over its lees in stainless steel tanks for three months before blending and bottling.
